DB Health has a long history of providing quality brand products and services throughout NSW & across Australia. We remain one of the few Australian medical wholesalers to be 100% family owned and operated.

The "DB" in DB Health derives from Denyer Brothers. The Denyer Brothers company was originally founded in 1889 by two brothers manufacturing surgical equipment based in Melbourne. The business expanded from its original base in Melbourne to Sydney, with the Melbourne operation becoming independently owned.

The Sydney operation, a shop front, in George St in the CBD, became a familiar name to customers in the supply of a diverse range of medical goods through out Sydney and remote areas at that time.

During the early 1960's the Denyer Brothers direction started to shift with a focus specifically targeting Hospitals & General Practitioners. Complementing this change was the securing of a number of unique product brands, added to the core product range many of which still remain today.

By 1988 the business had relocated out of Sydney's CBD to new expanded premises in Western Sydney. This move allowed for capacity to better service the ongoing growth of our customer base
as the population geographically continued to spread. Another move quickly followed in 1992 to even larger premises to again facilitate growth in business.

In 2000, Denyer Brothers re-badged itself with the new trading name of DB Health. This change was to market & characterise the now broader scope of business activities and reflect the more current evolution in today's environment, compared to it's original beginnings in 1889.

Today, DB Health remains a pivotal member in the health care community, with its experience and supply solutions strongly focused around patient safety. Quality products including Aged Care Furniture, Bettershield Faceshield, Electric Beds for Aged Care, Gelfast Hand Sanitiser, Patient Identification Bands, Silent Knight Pill Crushers and Skin Markers reflect just a sample of the varied product range available.
